Any tips for me?;

I would like to make cheer musics for my team, but i'm totally unable to do this. I don't want to reuse the old cheermixes from Youtube for 2 reasons:
1. They are not my team's
2. I feel like a thief. :(

So if you could help me, I'd be soo happy.^^ Which program is the best, and the easiest? :)
