Day 6- Cheer quote;

I like reading cheer quotes, they always motivate me to do my best all the time. :) I have lots of favourites, so I post a few.

#1: No pain , no gain.- that's why it means, you have to work with all your heart through the pain to achieve what you really want. And you will deserve your result of work. And this is my czech's coach favourite. :)
